Condensation is becoming more and more popular in buildings. This can be caused by several factors including poor heating, inadequate ventilation and the lifestyle of the occupier(s). Where condensation forms, so often does mould which is unsightly and can cause health conditions to become worse.
Thankfully there is a simple treatment that can be applied to walls and ceilings to prevent condensation forming which inhibits mould growth.
Suretherm anti condensation coating is based on emulsion paint and includes glass micro-spheres which helps maintain surface temperatures much longer than ordinary emulsion. It has been independently tested to prove that condensation takes up to 57% longer to form on surfaces coated with Suretherm paint.
